KKC Jewels ships across India through courier partners.
In-stock pieces are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and custom designs take longer, and the product page or our reply will say so. Most deliveries arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote pincodes can take longer.
After dispatch we share the courier and tracking details on the order, by the mobile number or email on the order.
Any shipping charge is shown before you pay.
If a courier returns a parcel because the address or phone number was wrong, or because it was not accepted, reshipping is charged again.
If the parcel arrives damaged, write to sagarkkc@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the outer pack and the piece.
